• Shipping Method

The parcels are sent by Easy Mail with a delivery time of 1 to 3 working days, after the registration of your order.

Depending on the delivery location, the order will arrive at your place in 1-3 working days, unless there are reasons of force majeure (eg strikes).

• Method of Receipt

If the order arrives at the address you have specified and there is no recipient, the Postal Company will leave you with a notice to contact its responsible representative.

Your order will remain at the post office for 10 working days and during this time you can set a new appointment, at a day and time that makes it easier for you.
If you do not contact us within 10 days, the product is automatically returned to our company.

• Collection from the Store

In case you choose to pick up your order in one of our stores, please let us know when you can, so that your product is in the store.
