• Changes

In order for the change to be accepted, the product must be in excellent condition, without its packaging being altered, its special markings (tabs) having been removed and it must have been washed. The product to be returned must be accompanied by the relevant purchase documents (retail receipt).

If the above conditions are not met the product will be returned to you at your own expense.

In case the change is due to a wrong product shipment, ie wrong color / size from what you have ordered, then the shipping costs for its replacement are borne by us.

In any other case, the costs are borne by the customer.

 

• Returns

It is emphasized that for reasons of hygiene, our company will not accept returns on swimwear, leggings, bodysuits.

 

• Caution

To avoid your own inconvenience, we recommend that you carefully check at the time of delivery of your order the condition of the products sold and the integrity of their packaging and label, in order to identify any obvious defects.

Changes must be made within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt and must be for products of the same Collection.

 

• Refund

You have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase you may have made through our online store, without stating the reasons or providing us with any explanation (unnecessary withdrawal).

The right of withdrawal is exercised when you want to return the product you bought from our online store, and get your money back.

The above deadline of fourteen (14) calendar days for the exercise of the right of withdrawal, is exercised from the next day that you or any person you have indicated to us as responsible for the receipt of your products (other than the carrier) acquired the physical possession of the purchased goods.

 

Attention: The refund process applies to products that are not on discount or on sale.

 

 

• Withdrawal Procedure

To exercise the right of withdrawal you must contact us within 14 days.

You must also send us the products within 14 days. The cost of returning the products is borne by you.

It is clarified, however, that in order to get your money back in case of withdrawal, the product must be in excellent condition, received without damage and complete, within its original packaging and accompanied by all relevant documents.

All products must be tested in a clean environment and especially shoes must be tested on a carpet to prevent damage.

 

Www.enterfashion.gr does NOT receive products that are returned upon your departure and which have dirt, damage, abrasions, creases and generally create the impression that they have been used beyond what is necessary to determine their unsuitability.

 

Also, the returned product must be accompanied by all the necessary documents that you received upon receipt, otherwise our store will not receive them, as the right of withdrawal has not been legally exercised and in accordance with the terms hereof.

Attention: The right of withdrawal does not apply:
